By using BirdQuest AI you agree to these terms.

The service

BirdQuest AI provides AI-assisted bird identification and related features. Identifications are best-effort and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for safety, legal, or conservation decisions.

Subscriptions

• BirdQuest Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful content.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from its use.
